When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days*. This allows time for me to package and prepare your order for shipping. This does not include the shipping speed of your order. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The following shipping speeds are only estimates and are not guarantees. Once your order is shipped, I cannot control and delays by courier selected. There is also a higher possibility of delays due to Covid-19, and during holiday season.

Shipping options 

Economy- 5-8 Business days.

Standard- 3-4 Business days.

These shipping speeds do not include the 2-4 business day processing time before your order is shipped. Please account for both processing and shipping time to accurately expect when your order will arrive.

I need my order by a specific date, can you rush it for me?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me ASAP and I will try my best to rush your order, however I cannot make any guarantees.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. (If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please double-check your spam folder). If it has been more than 7 business days since your tracking information last updated, please contact me and we will do my best to help.

How are your posters shipped?

All posters are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Fuller Studio is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you accidentally order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, in case of damaged product, wrong item shipped, or a manufacturing error, Fuller Studio offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us via email within 14 days of product delivery.

What are Pre-orders?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Can I change my shipping address on an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact me ASAP with your name and order number, and I will update the address.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact me ASAP with your name and order number, and I will do my best to help!

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact me ASAP with your name and order number, and I will check if it's still possible to cancel your order. If it has been more than 6 hours since your order was placed, it's possible it has already been processed for shipping, and would not be eligible for cancellation.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Sorry to hear that! I can always replace an order that is damaged in transit. Please contact me ASAP with your name, order number, and photos of the damage in order to receive a replacement.
